Prospective papers should be scholarly and contain original research, review, analysis and/or summaries on the subjects. They should be submitted in Word format through JCER online submission system or e-mailed to editor(at)jcer.com (replacing (a) with @). All submitted papers may be subjected to open commentaries in the same or future issue with opportunities for response by the author.
